Program Details

Registrations

Registrations are possible at any time depending on the availability of places in the program. We divide the season into several sessions to allow flexibility for parents and young people, as well as to facilitate payments. Registration opens within the week following the end of a current session.

Coaches

Our team of qualified coaches will support young athletes in their sporting journey. The group will be separated according to ages and levels to offer the best sporting and social experience.

Goals

The adult pathway is progressive and tailored to each individual’s pace, from beginner to advanced.
Coaches assess technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects to create balanced and safe groups.
Players may be reclassified during the season to maintain training quality and support long-term development.

Self-assessment

Beginner

  • You're new to volleyball or you rarely play. Objective: to get the ball back into play, understand the rules, and the basics of forehand/pass/attack.

Independent

  • You have already mastered the basics but want to gain greater ease, control, and confidence. Objectives: Solidify your technical skills (forearm pass, set, serve), improve your court positioning, and prepare for game systems.

Intermediate

  • You can maintain full rallies and understand basic court positioning.
Objectives: improve consistency, learn team rotations (5-1 / 6-2), and stabilize your serving and passing skills.

Advanced

  • You play with high intensity and have a solid understanding of team systems. Objectives: refine your performance under pressure (float/spin serve, game reading, blocking, and quick attacks).

*If you are unsure between two levels, choose the lowest to start with: our coaches will quickly adjust your placement based on their observations during the session.
