Season
The tryouts will take place over two 2-hour training sessions in late August/early September – exact dates to be confirmed. Please register; you will receive information by email at least two weeks before the start of the tryouts.
Regular season: September 2026 - May 2027
Cost
$23-26 per training session + tournaments extra
Admissible Ages
Secondary 5 & Cégep 1
Boys born between September 1, 2008 and December 31, 2010
Program Details
Selections
Following the selection period in September, the selected athletes will form a stable team for the remainder of the season.
The main evaluation criteria are physical potential, attitude, and ball control.
Required level
The program will aim to support athletes who already have 1 to 2 years of regular practice.
Commitment
A sustained commitment of time, effort, and financial participation will be required for the entire season. Athletes who do not meet expected standards may be dismissed during the season.
Competitions
The team will participate in 6 to 8 local and provincial tournaments and possibly the National Championship, depending on the level of the group.
Costs (registration, transportation, accommodation) will be shared between the athletes and announced in advance.
Participation in the Nationals involves significant costs for families. Fundraising campaigns will be held, but their success will depend on the involvement of athletes and parents.
Policies
Registration confirms your commitment for the full season. Any athlete wishing to leave the program during the year must provide us with one month's paid notice so that we can offer the spot to another player.
Playing time is not guaranteed: it depends on commitment, attitude and performance in training.
